Vincent Homes will bring you a building experience like no other. We have extensive building knowledge in both the traditional and modular building techniques. Our building partner is a company called Ironwood Manufactured Homes – how awesome does that name sound? They are in Woodstock NB and build some of the nicest and well-built manufactured homes you can find. Being in partnership with my wife, Pam Trites from RE/MAX Professionals Saint John Inc., means she is regulated and licensed to trade in real estate by the province. She is also a member of the Canadian Real Estate Association which mandates a code of conduct and ethics. Myself being a former real estate salesperson, I still live by the same code of conduct and ethics.

I have never been satisfied with the status quo! I want to make the new home building process an experience that you want to tell your friends about. I want it to be so fantastic that you will become my best source of advertising! So I promise to care for you and your family like my own. Why? Because I believe we need to lead by example and I know how proud my son is when I tell him “I built that house” because there is nothing better than when your child looks up and smiles at you because they are so proud of what you have accomplished.

My grandfather, Russell Friars, gave me a mantra to live by one day; he said “A man can have more money than you, he can even be smarter, but don’t ever let him out-work you”. During the home building process, there are some hard days, weather not cooperating, trade and supplier delays and some surprises that, regardless how well you know your stuff, always seems to pop up. When those days arrive, I promise that we will put our heads down and work even harder to make your home building journey one that you will want to do with us again and again.
