Delivery Day

Delivery Day is the most exciting part of our process. A lot of planning, ordering and construction happens in the days and weeks leading up to Delivery Day but, with co-ordination and teamwork, your empty building lot is transformed in just one day! Here is what takes place from the time a home leaves our factory until it’s considered water-tight:

Lot orientation, house type and installation requirements make each delivery unique and every delivery exciting! It’s a day during your home building journey your family will always remember. Here are a few of our previous deliveries:

Delivery Day Checklist

To have a successful delivery, the safety of our customers and crew is top priority so we ask that you coordinate with us to verify if it’s possible to attend and the best spot for you to be during the set. That said, here are a few things you may need:

  • Safety Gear as required by your retailer

  • Lawn chairs or a blanket

  • Cold/Hot Beverages (non-alcoholic please)

  • Sandwiches/Snacks

  • Children’s Activities (expect delays)

  • Camera

  • Weather-Appropriate Attire
