Mel is a former real estate agent and joined real estate in 2007 and quickly developed a passion for helping people find or sell their dream property.

Mel comes from a very large family so he fully understands meeting the needs and being compassionate to everyone involved in the transaction. Mel is an extremely detailed person and likes to make sure that all the boxes are checked to ensure a successful outcome.

Many people may recognize the name Mel Vincent as his father, Mel Vincent Sr, sat on common council for Saint John for over 30 years. Mel Jr has the same strong ethics and morals as his father did and is passing it along to his son. You will be dealt with in the utmost professional manner.
