The 2 story home, also known as a colonial, is one of our most spacious and popular options. These homes are designed for modern living with plenty of room to grow and customize.

On the main floor, a formal foyer or main hall welcomes you, leading into a flexible bonus room that can be used as a dining room, playroom, or home office. The majority of the bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs, giving you and your family plenty of privacy.

Because of their size, these homes are built in multiple sections and delivered on four separate trucks. Once on-site, a crane lifts the top two modules into place before our team completes the final construction.
